From the mats

What practitioners are saying

I used to forget what I drilled from one week to the next. Now I log it after class and actually see patterns — like how often I'm getting stuck in the same guard.
BL Marcus T. Blue belt, training 4x/week
The video analysis caught a grip detail my coach mentioned weeks ago that I'd completely dropped. Small thing, but it's feedback you don't get outside of class.
PU Priya R. Purple belt
After fifteen years I didn't think a training app would change much for me. The journal entries turned out to be the useful part — re-reading notes before I step on the mat again.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about training, privacy, and how the AI analysis works. Still curious? Email us.

01What does RollAI do?

RollAI is a training companion for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. It lets you log every roll and session, journal your progress over time, get AI-powered breakdowns of your technique from video, and follow a training plan built around your belt rank and goals.

02Who is RollAI for?

RollAI is built for practitioners at every level — from white belts learning the fundamentals to black belts refining the details. What you log adapts to your belt, training frequency, and goals.

03Does RollAI work for no-gi as well as gi training?

Yes. Every roll you log can be tagged as gi or no-gi, so your stats, streaks, and training plan reflect both formats separately or together.

04How does the AI video analysis work?

Upload a short clip of a roll directly in the app. RollAI sends it for AI analysis and returns feedback on positioning, grips, and technique — highlighting what worked and what to drill next.

05Is my training data and video private?

Yes. Your training logs and journal entries are private to your account. Video clips are sent for AI analysis and permanently deleted from our servers within seconds of that analysis completing — we don't store or review them. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
